Kristan Saloky has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 as a Goodyear Gallery Assistant at Dickinson College, where they provided insight to exhibitions and greeted visitors. Kristan then held the role of Post-Baccalaureate Intern at the same institution in 2009, where they managed the Goodyear Gallery and performed general maintenance. In 2011, they were an Exhibition Interpretation Assistant at PEER UK, where they greeted visitors to the gallery, provided insight to the exhibition, and ensured the security of the artwork and building. From 2010 to 2014, Kristan held various roles at University College London, including The Slade School Summer Intern, The Slade Summer School Studio Assistant, Designated Person, Graduate Student, and Slade Short Course Studio Assistant. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at SideDoor Chicago and Lawry's the Prime Rib Chicago as a Bartender, Server, and Host. In 2022, Kristan began their current role as Director, Customer Success, Americas at Boundless Immigration.

Kristan Saloky received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Art and Art Theirtory from Dickinson College in 2009. Kristan then went on to earn their Master of Fine Art in Fine Art Media from UCL in 2012. In 2016, they obtained a Visual Design certification from General Assembly, and in 2021 they obtained a Data Analytics certification from General Assembly.
