Bob Konow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience research and digital analysis. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience Research at Bounteous since July 2021, Bob leads strategic discovery and research projects for major clients such as Applebee's and Chase United. Concurrently, as an Adjunct Faculty member at DePaul University since January 2015, Bob teaches courses on emerging technologies, integrating case studies and academic research into the curriculum. Previously, as the Associate Director of Digital Experience and Analysis at DePaul University, Bob played a crucial role in establishing UX best practices across the institution's 80 academic departments. Bob's career began as a User Experience Consultant at DePaul University from 2005 to 2014, focusing on building relationships to enhance digital experience systems. Bob holds both a Master's degree and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Computer Interaction at DePaul University.
