BMSG’s short to medium term task is the delivery of service with superior quality and speed, to our stakeholders (Ship Managers and seafarers), ultimately resulting in the increased number of seafarers going to sea.  Our focus is on improving communication, sourcing, seafarer retention and getting better and closer to understanding our seafarer and Ship Manager needs.
