Niki Fontaine

Niki Fontaine is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in employer branding and corporate communication. Currently serving as the Director of Employer Branding for the Bouygues Group since July 2024, Niki previously held the position of Director of Communication, Brand, and CSR at Bouygues Immobilier from January 2021 to July 2024. Niki's career within Bouygues includes various leadership roles in communication, spanning Bouygues Bâtiment France Europe, Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France, and Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France - Rénovation Privée. Prior to joining Bouygues, Niki worked as an Events & Hospitality Manager at Eurosport from 2003 to 2013.
