Tyler Heinrich is an experienced professional with a background in management and technical roles. Currently serving as the Amusements Manager at Bowl New England d/b/a Spare Time Entertainment since November 2021, Tyler oversees the maintenance and troubleshooting of over 80 arcade games, laser tag equipment, and escape rooms, while also creating departmental schedules and training staff. Previous roles include Picker at Amazon, Special Systems Technician at SCI Communications, and bartender/server positions at The Elm and Founder's Irish Pub. Tyler also held a Help Desk Specialist role at Wells Fargo and served as a Resident Assistant and First Year Experience Mentor during studies at the University of Dubuque, where a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology was earned.
