Lindsay Newbold has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Lindsay began their career in 1998 as an HR Manager for Manpower. In 2001, they moved to BDML CONNECT LIMITED in the same role. In 2006, they were appointed Head Of Human Resources for Southampton Football Club. Since 2011, they have been the HR Manager for Bowman Power Group Ltd.
Lindsay Newbold holds a BSc Hons Geography/Sociology from St Mary's University College, London. Lindsay also has a Post Graduate Diploma CIPD from Southampton Institute.
