Trish Hollar began their work experience in 2000 as the Vice President of HR at VISTA Information Technologies, where they stayed until 2004. In 2004, they joined Bowman Consulting as the Executive Vice President of Planning, Strategy and Human Capital, a role they held until 2022 when they became the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer.
Trish Hollar completed their Masters in Human Resources Management at Marymount University. Prior to that, they attended Strasburg High School.
