Richard Allen, P.E. has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as President of Bowser-Morner, Inc. since October 1990, where leadership encompasses a team of over 120 professionals delivering engineering, laboratory, and technical services across various industries. Previously held positions include Vice President and Division Director of the Field Services Division, overseeing quality assurance and consulting services throughout Ohio and the Midwest, as well as managerial roles in Toledo operations and construction services. Prior experience includes geotechnical engineering roles at ATEC Associates, Inc. and an adjunct instructor position at Bowling Green State University, specializing in construction materials. Richard Allen holds a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Virginia Tech.
