Jane Foley

Jane is a member of the Audit Finance and Risk Committee and the Education Quality Committee of our Board.

Her areas of expertise cover strategy, organisational design, business improvement, human resource management, change management, and corporate governance. She has worked across a diverse range of industry sectors including superannuation, professional services, government and international aid. For more than a decade, Jane consulted widely across the Victorian TAFE sector. She has held diverse board and committee governance roles in commercial and not-for-profit organisations.

Her qualifications include a Master of Arts (International Relations).
