Paul Morgan

Paul Morgan is an accomplished Program Director at the Victorian Health Building Authority, leading the Digital Build & Data program focused on advancing Victorian health infrastructure through innovative digital engineering strategies. With a strong academic background in architecture, Paul teaches advanced digital architectural applications at Box Hill Institute and has previously held notable positions, including Digital Engineering Manager for the Victorian Heart Hospital at John Holland and Project BIM Leader at ARM Architecture. Paul’s extensive experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital workflows is complemented by a Bachelor of Architecture obtained from the University of Melbourne and supplementary training in Revit, showcasing a commitment to leveraging technology for improved project efficiency and stakeholder value.
