Justyna Poray

Justyna Poray, PhD, is a seasoned Learning Experience Designer currently serving as a Senior Learning Experience Designer and Learning Design Consultant at Box of Crayons since November 2023. Previously, Justyna worked as a Learning Design Consultant for the Halton Equity Diversity Roundtable and held the position of Director of Learning Experience Design at The Humphrey Group Inc., where expertise in social justice, inclusion, and allyship was applied to create accessible learning experiences. Justyna's background also includes roles such as Senior Learning Experience Designer and Learning Strategist at Toronto Metropolitan University and University of Toronto Scarborough, respectively. Early career experiences span across curriculum development, interpreting, and editing, complemented by an extensive educational foundation in English and World Literature, with degrees from York University and Concordia University.
