Margo Gouley

Margo Gouley, PhD, currently serves as Vice President of Product at Box of Crayons since June 2023. Previously, Margo held several key positions at The Humphrey Group Inc. from September 2014 to May 2023, including Chief Product Officer and Vice President of Program Design, where leadership focused on digital leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and future skills. Earlier roles included Director of Program Development and Associate, contributing to program innovation and facilitation of leadership development programs globally. Margo's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Arts, and a Doctor of Philosophy in English Language and Literature from York University. Additional teaching experience includes positions as Writing Instructor at New College Writing Centre and as a Professor at Seneca College's Part-time Studies program.
