Rick Schultz has a strong background in the employee benefits sector. Rick started their career at KPMG in 1974 as a Senior Manager for Employee Benefits, where they worked until 1983. Rick then joined Alliance Benefit Group - MidAtlantic as a Partner, where they stayed for over two decades, until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, Rick worked as the Regional President for Benefit Street. In 2008, they joined Benefit Plans Administration Services as the Senior Vice President, following the acquisition of Alliance Benefit Group - MidAtlantic and Manchester Advisors.
Rick Schultz attended Ursinus College from 1970 to 1974, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Rick majored in Mathematics and had a minor in Economics.
