Luca Molinari, FRM has extensive work experience in the financial sector. Luca is currently working at BPER Banca as the Head of Credit Risk Measures Office since March 2023, and previously held the role of Credit Risk Model Development Office from March 2019 to March 2023. Prior to that, Luca worked at Oliver Wyman, where they served as an Associate from May 2018 to February 2019, April 2017 to May 2018, and January 2017 to March 2017. Luca was also a Senior Consultant from January 2016 to December 2016, and a Consultant from January 2014 to December 2015. Before joining Oliver Wyman, Luca had an internship at the same company in 2012, where they supported the organizational restructuring process of a LatAm bank's Treasury Division and worked on the preparation of a Recovery & Resolution Plan for a major European financial institution.
Luca Molinari, FRM, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Social Sciences from Università Bocconi in 2011. In 2011, they also participated in an undergraduate exchange program at Cornell University, where they focused on Applied Economics and Management. In 2013, Luca Molinari completed their education by earning a Master's degree in Economics and Social Sciences from Università Bocconi. Additionally, they spent a semester at the University of St.Gallen in 2012 as an exchange student, studying Quantitative Economics and Finance.
