Prior to this role, Mario worked at Unipol Banca Spa from August 2008 to November 2019, where responsibilities included human resources, personnel management, and personnel administration. Mario's career began with two internships at Emil Banca Credito Cooperativo in 2007-2008, covering the Human Resources Management Office and the Legal Office.
