Roberta Morini started their work experience in 1999 at BPER Banca as a Front-office Employee. Roberta then progressed to the role of Corporate Relationship Manager and later became a Branch Deputy Manager, where they implemented marketing strategies and executed deals for corporate and private customers. In 2008, they transitioned to the Corporate Finance department as a Corporate Finance Analyst. From 2010 to 2019, they worked as an Acquisition Finance Manager, and then became the Head of Acquisition Finance in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Portfolio Management at BPER Banca.
Roberta Morini has a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance from EDHEC Business School, which they obtained in the years 2007-2008. Roberta also holds a MA in Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, completed between 1993 and 1998. As part of an Erasmus exchange program, they attended the University of Gothenburg in 1996-1997.
