Bertrand Fontaine

Bertrand Fontaine has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Directeur Garantie at Bpifrance since March 2011. In this role, Bertrand oversees a team of 90 that manages guarantees on public funds from the state, regions, and Europe, facilitating credit provision by banks and investments by specialized organizations. Since 2020, the team has also been responsible for monitoring loans granted by banks through the PGE program. Prior to this position, Bertrand held the role of Directeur régional at Oseo from November 2006 to February 2011.
