Joël Bentolila

Joël Bentolila is an experienced technology and investment professional currently serving as an Operating Partner at Bpifrance since December 2022. Bentolila is also a Board Member at Metroscope and has been a Partner at 50 Partners since 2018. With a strong background in investment, Bentolila has been involved with various French Tech companies since 2016. Previously, Bentolila was a Strategic Committee Member at e-TakesCare, the Technology Research Lead at Cegid until December 2023, and a Venture Partner at Atlantic Financial until mid-2023. Bentolila served as a Board Member at Geolid from 2019 to 2023 and co-founded Talentsoft, leading it as Chief Technology Officer until its acquisition by Cegid Group in 2021. Bentolila also contributed as a Strategic Committee Member and Investor for Combo (formerly Snapshift) from 2016 to September 2019. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from Mines Paris - PSL and a research position at Carnegie Mellon University in the same field.
