Craig Hamm

Craig Hamm, CPA, CVA, is a seasoned professional in financial and business consulting, currently serving as a Partner in Transaction Advisory Services at BPM LLP since December 2008. In this role, Craig provides comprehensive consulting services to private and public companies, leading buy-side due diligence teams and offering sell-side advisory to optimize company valuations. Prior to BPM LLP, Craig held leadership positions at The Siegfried Group, LLP, where responsibilities included business development and client service for Fortune 500 companies, achieving recognition as the top resource in the Western Region in 2005. Craig's experience also includes roles as a Senior Financial Analyst at Applied Biosystems, Accounting & Finance Manager at WaveSplitter Technologies, Experienced Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Senior Audit and Tax at Petrinovich, Puch and Company. Educational credentials include a degree from Santa Clara University and completion of the Extension Program at the University of California, Berkeley.
