Eshrat Oyeshee

Eshrat Oyeshee, MPA, currently serves as an Associate in the Executive Office and Executive Assistant to the CEO at BRAC USA since February 2024. Prior roles include Policy Consultant at Institut Pasteur from September 2022 to March 2024 and Associate at Calibrate from June 2021 to July 2022. Eshrat gained valuable research experience as a Research Assistant at Rutgers University's Well-Being Lab, focusing on subjective well-being and human motivation, and at the Child Study Center, studying child development with advanced tools such as portable heart monitors and eye trackers. Eshrat holds a Master's degree in Health Policy and Management from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Honors Distinction, along with a Minor in Cognitive Neuroscience, from Rutgers University - Newark.
