Nasima Akter

Nasima Akter is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resource management, currently serving as Senior Manager HR at BRAC International since December 2021. In this role, Nasima is responsible for overseeing recruitment processes for the Dhaka Office and other key positions across BRAC International countries, focusing on effective planning and coordination. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Director of HR & Admin at People's Oriented Program Implementation, where strategic HR planning catered to over 2,000 staff, and Director of HR & Admin at FPAB, overseeing organizational HR strategy and management. Nasima has also held HR management positions at Action Contra La Faim and BCCP, beginning a career in HR at CARE Bangladesh. Nasima holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Presidency University, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
