Rajib Dey

Rajib Dey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in programme and project management, currently serving as Senior Programme Manager for Small and Medium Enterprise Finance Operations at BRAC. With a robust portfolio of $9.09 million across nine districts, Rajib has demonstrated leadership in managing strategic initiatives, including digital transformation efforts and branch expansions in East Africa. Previous roles include Regional Manager for Microfinance at BRAC International Holdings B.V., where Rajib successfully established 35 branches in Rwanda, and various managerial positions at BRAC, highlighting skills in strategic planning and operational execution. Additionally, Rajib has a background in media as a Sub Editor & Media Analyst at Prothom Alo. Rajib holds a degree in Economics from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology and is pursuing an Advanced Programme in Digital Business Leadership at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
