Luciano Garcia Guilherme

Luciano Garcia Guilherme is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in treasury and capital markets. Currently serving as the Head of Treasury at Bradesco BAC Florida Bank since March 2021, Luciano previously held the position of Head of Government Bonds Desk at Bradesco from October 2017 to March 2021. Prior to these roles, Luciano led the US Cash Equities Desk at BGC Liquidez and worked as a Stocks and Futures Broker at both BGC Liquidez and CGD Securities. Luciano's career began in the early 1990s with positions at Banco Banif Primus and Banco Boavista Interatlantico, progressing from Open Market Trader to Superintendente Capital Markets. In addition to a successful career in finance, Luciano founded and partnered with Spirit for over a decade. Luciano holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Candido Mendes, obtained from 1991 to 1995.
