Devon Award has extensive experience in sales and management within the mining industry, currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager at Bradken, Inc. since August 2006. In this role, Devon focuses on expanding the Bradken Crawler Systems business by introducing new product lines and building customer relationships while overseeing the Western Canada and Alaskan mining region. Previous positions at Bradken include VP Sales and Marketing - North America Mining and Regional Account Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating production and customer bids, conducting site visits, and maintaining customer relationships. Prior to Bradken, Devon worked as a Sales Coordinator and Inside Sales, enhancing operations and improving production efficiency. Devon's education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business from NAIT, with additional certifications in sales and machining.

We supply the world’s largest mining companies with our tailored products including ground engaging tools (GET), crawler shoes, mill liners, crusher liners and wear solutions and monitoring systems. We also have custom industrial and structural casting capabilities in a range of alloys and can produce castings from 500 grams to more than 25 tonnes. Our foundries and workshops, sales and service teams are located across the globe.
