Charles A. Stewart III

Charles A. "Chuck" Stewart III is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience as a trial attorney and partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP since 2000. Stewart has successfully litigated numerous complex cases, including business disputes, product liability, intellectual property, construction, employment, and catastrophic personal injuries across more than a quarter of the United States. Prior to this role, Stewart served as a partner at Sirote & Permutt, P.C. from 1995 to 2000, and at Hill, Hill, Carter, Franco, Cole & Black, P.C. from 1985 to 1995. Stewart earned a Juris Doctorate from Samford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of the South, with additional coursework at University College, Oxford.
