Ted Pearce

Ted Pearce serves as Franchise and Corporate Counsel at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP since April 2016. Previously, Ted held the position of Special Counsel at Nexsen Pruet, LLC from December 2012 to April 2016, where Ted co-chaired the franchise practice group. From November 1982 to August 2012, Ted was Vice President and General Counsel at Driven Brands, Inc., overseeing all legal functions, including transactional and litigation matters, and preparing franchise disclosure documents for multiple brands. Ted Pearce earned a JD from Syracuse University College of Law (1977) and a BA in History from the University of Virginia (1973). Early education included attendance at Blair Academy and Aiglon College in Switzerland.
