Lei Guan

Lei Guan currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Brado, a company focused on AI-powered conversational engagement platforms, since October 2024. Prior to this role, Lei held multiple positions at AiCure from August 2010 to September 2024, including Chief Technology Officer, Head of Engineering & Applied Research, Vice President of Applied Research, and Senior Computer Vision Engineer. Earlier experience includes a research assistant role at the Imaging and Pattern Recognition Lab at Temple University from September 2008 to August 2010, where Lei developed several algorithms for face recognition and thermal imaging applications. Lei Guan earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Temple University between 2008 and 2010.
