Katie's extensive career also includes various finance and accounting roles at Lowes Foods from April 2002 to September 2020, where titles included Director of Finance, Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting Manager, and Senior Accountant. Earlier experience includes auditing at Ernst & Young from July 2000 to March 2002. Katie Eure holds both a Master of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wake Forest University, completing studies there from 1995 to 2000.
