Job Title: Business Development Representative

Direct Report: Inside Sales Manager

Duration: Full-Time

Location: Lehi, UT / Remote

Job Summary:

• Represent the company with comprehensive knowledge of services and products
• Initiate conversations with new clients and set up meetings with decision makers
• Qualify leads and Identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Work with University Brand Ambassadors to gain traction within regional esport communities
• Work closely with marketing and field sales to maintain an understanding of the evolving market
• Work with cross functional teams to scope, design and execute esports tournaments

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of B2B selling experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to initiate conversations (cold calls)
• Track record of achieving sales goals and quotas
• Experience with a CRM software and other key sales tools
• Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations
• Proven ability to leverage different prospecting methods

Recommended Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
• Proven experience working as an Inside Sales Manager
• A passion for esports
• Experience with Monday.com CRM
• Experience with utilizing Outreach tools (e.g. HubSpot Sales, Outreach.io, etc.)
