Mircea Pașoi

Mircea Pașoi is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and startup growth. Currently serving as Co-founder and Head of Engineering at Brain Co. since October 2024, Mircea previously co-founded and held the position of CTO at Serene AI until its acquisition in September 2024. At Clubhouse, which was active from June 2021 to April 2023, Mircea successfully expanded the remote-first engineering team from approximately 15 to over 40 engineers across various platforms. Mircea also participated in the Angel Track program at First Round Capital, aimed at fostering emerging angel investors, and served as Head of Growth Engineering at Novi Financial, contributing to the development of a digital wallet for the Diem project. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Bucharest and a Computer Science diploma from Colegiul National "I. L. Caragiale" Ploiesti.
