Sergei Romanov has an extensive work experience in the field of IT and telecommunications. Sergei started their career as a senior expert at Combellga in 2000 and worked there until 2004. Sergei then joined Golden Telecom as a group leader from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, they moved to CTI and became the packet networks group leader until 2008. Sergei then served as the Chief network architect at Content-House Ltd from 2008 to 2009. Sergei subsequently worked at Sitronics IT as the head of telecom solutions division from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they briefly served as the Deputy IT-director at Equipment Support Ltd before joining CTI as the Head of SP network group until 2015. Currently, Sergei Romanov is the Chief Architect at Brain4Net, Inc.
Sergei Romanov completed their Master's degree in Physics and Electronics at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 1987 to 1993. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as CCIE R&S from Cisco Networking Academy in February 2007, MEF-SDCP from MEF Forum in October 2019, and MEF-NFCP from MEF Forum in August 2017.
