Edward Betancourt

Edward Betancourt is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Astreya since September 2023 and as a Software Engineering Advisor at Yuno since January 2022. With extensive experience in the tech industry, Edward has also worked as an Advisor and Angel Investor for BrainHi since 2018, and recently as an Engineering Consultant for Seek AI (May 2023 - September 2023). Previously held roles include Vice President of Engineering and Founding Engineer at Cascade, where Edward was instrumental in the startup's technical and business development. Additional experience encompasses roles as Selection Committee Advisor at Parallel18, Interim CISO at Numerator, and Engineering Manager at InfoScout. A graduate of the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Edward's expertise spans across software engineering, security, and leadership in various capacities.
