Amy Cerri

Amy Cerri is an experienced professional in the pharmacy field with a Bachelor of Pharmacy Administration and a solid educational background, including a minor in Business Administration from The University of Toledo. Currently serving as Remote Support Center Manager and Application Consultant at Brainlab since August 2012, Amy has developed training programs for new support specialists, maintained high levels of communication with Product Support Management, and delivered customer training during workshops and exhibitions. Previous experiences include a Pharmacy Intern position at Major Hospital Pharmacy, where Amy collaborated on hospital policy restructuring, and a Pharmacy Technician role at CVS Pharmacy, providing customer support and managing prescriptions.
