Christof Schadt

Christof Schadt is a distinguished software engineer at Brainlab, where a career spanning over two decades includes roles such as Software Team Lead for RT Data Management, Software Principal, Senior Software Specialist, Software Project Manager, and Software Engineer, contributing to the development of precise patient positioning systems for radiotherapy treatment using advanced technologies. In addition to work at Brainlab, Schadt serves as Co-Chairman and Vice-Chair of the DICOM Standards Committee Working Group 7 since 2006. Earlier experiences include a research assistant position at Florida International University focusing on medical ultrasound and an internship at Fraunhofer Technology Center Hialeah. Schadt holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Medical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Ulm.
