Sara Karlsson

Sara Karlsson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Sara began their career as a Team Coordinator and Caregiver at Bollebygds kommun in 2005 and continued in a similar role at Härryda kommun from 2010 to 2011. In 2013, they transitioned to the healthcare sector, working as a Medical Emergency Ward Nurse Assistant at Södra Älvsborgs hospital (SÄS) until 2014, and then as an Emergency Room Nurse Assistant until 2017.

In 2018, Sara joined IDEXX as a Senior Technical Support Specialist & Team Coach, providing technical support for veterinary diagnostic equipment and instruments across EMEA. Sara also played a role in coaching and onboarding colleagues.

From 2021 to 2022, Sara worked at Baxter International Inc. as part of the Backoffice B2B, Supply Chain team. Sara'sresponsibilities included order processing, collaboration with stakeholders, and leading process improvement projects to increase automation in the order entry process.

Currently, Sara holds the position of Sales Operations Assistant at Brainlab, where they started in January 2023. Sara will soon transition to the role of Sales Operations Team Lead.

Throughout their career, Sara has demonstrated strong collaboration, the ability to work with multiple systems, and a focus on process improvement. Sara is experienced in customer education, equipment installations, troubleshooting, and repair.

Sara Karlsson obtained their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Borås, where they attended from 2011 to 2013.
