Raya Sarkar

Raya Sarkar is an HR Operations Executive at Brainlabs since November 2022, responsible for onboarding, contract generation, employee record maintenance in the HRIS, leave management, payroll liaison, and handling employee grievances across various regions including the UK, Spain, Brazil, and Singapore. Prior to that, Raya served as a Human Resources Executive at Borderless Access, focusing on candidate sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and managing employee referrals. Other experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Virtuera and a Campus Ambassador role at IIM Bangalore's Vista. Raya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management from ISBR Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Calcutta University.
