Audrey Polce has over thirty years of work experience in the training and development field. Audrey began their career in 1985 as a Software Trainer and Training Manager at Businessland Inc., where they taught all levels of Microsoft Windows and Office Software, DOS, Lotus, WordPerfect and Pagemaker for Fortune 100 clients. In 1992, they joined Productivity Point International as a Training and Development Manager and Manager of Quality Assurance. In 2001, they became a Senior Learning Architect at Knowledge Design Group, where they participated in business development functions with the sales team, assessed Learning Management Systems for client companies, and researched multiple asynchronous and synchronous learning tools. In 2002, they began working as an Independent Training & Development Consultant at AR Learning Associates. From 2003 to present, they have been employed at Brainshark, where they have held the roles of Principal Sales Engineer, Strategic Accounts, Principal Sales Engineer, Senior Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer, Practice Manager, Learning and Development, and Senior Customer Success Consultant. In these roles, they have helped organizations leverage Brainshark’s technology to get better results from their sales readiness initiatives, facilitated the evaluation and proposal of Brainshark products and services, consulted with customers to assist in assessing requirements and monitored quality of team based solution delivery, provided post sales implementation and support for specific named accounts, and more.

Audrey Polce has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Work from West Virginia Wesleyan College. Audrey has also completed additional certifications and training, including Value Negotiation Training from Force Management in May 2022, Command of the Message from Force Management in February 2022, and Embracing Unexpected Change from LinkedIn in April 2020.
