Danielle Malafaia

Danielle Malafaia has 11 years of work experience. Danielle began their career in 2009 as an Assistant Manager at Hollister Co. In 2010, they joined Brainshark as an HR Administrator, and later became a HR Generalist & Payroll Specialist and Talent & Culture Team Lead. In 2021, they moved to Bigtincan as a Talent & Culture Manager.

Danielle Malafaia obtained a Bachelors of Science in HR Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth between 2005 and 2009. Danielle then obtained the PI Analyst certification from The Predictive Index in April 2015. In October 2016, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Danielle also obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in November 2015. Finally, in December 2012, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
