Vadim Tslaf is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in design and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior UX Manager at Shopify, Vadim leads multiple teams focusing on blockchain and fulfillment network user experiences. Vadim's previous roles include Director of Design and UX at Canada Post, where Vadim oversaw significant digital transformations, and Manager of Interaction Design at Tangerine, contributing to the redesign of banking platforms. Vadim is also an educator, teaching Design Leadership at BrainStation and has a strong background in founding and leading UXPA Toronto to support the local UX community. With a B.Design in Visual Communication Design and a Certificate in Design Management, Vadim combines technical skills with a strategic approach to user experience design.
