Levan Shalamberidze

Levan Shalamberidze is an experienced investment professional with a robust background in finance, particularly in fintech and insurtech sectors. Since July 2007, Levan has held various leadership positions at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), including East Asia Equity Lead and Global Fintech & Insurtech Venture Capital Investor, where responsibilities entailed leading investment efforts in emerging markets. Levan has also served as a board member for companies such as Roojai and Hellas Direct, in addition to acting as an investor in multiple ventures. Previous roles include Senior Investment Officer and Global Portfolio Lead within IFC. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from London Business School and a Master's degree in Information Science from St. John's University.
