Heather Rempe is a seasoned insurance professional with over two decades of experience in agency management and insurtech solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Agency Success Manager at Branch since November 2021, Heather focuses on empowering Independent Agents by integrating modern technology with traditional insurance principles. Previously, as an Agency Success Manager, notable contributions were made to enhance partnerships with agents across Oklahoma, Colorado, and Utah. From October 2010 to January 2022, Heather operated as an Insurance Agent and Agency Owner at Farmers Insurance, overseeing business functions, driving account growth, and facilitating training and development. Heather began their career at State Farm, where as a Sales Representative, a robust customer base was developed through effective sales strategies and superior customer service. Heather holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Oklahoma.
