Joel Farley is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer at Branch Technology since July 2021, Joel specializes in designing and integrating robotically controlled polymer extrusion systems. Prior to this, Joel held the position of Director of Hardware Engineering at Digital Alloys, Inc., where responsibilities included team management and project prioritization. Joel's career also includes significant achievements as the Lead Mechanical Engineer for the Infinite Build 3D Demonstrator at Stratasys, and experience as a Design Engineer at Remmele Engineering Inc., where aerospace composite tools were developed. Early in the career, Joel gained welding experience at Chart Industries. Joel holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of St. Thomas.
