Caroline John

Caroline John has a diverse work experience. Caroline began their career in 2012 as a Sales Representative and Member Services Specialist at Trupanion Pet Insurance. Caroline then worked as a Pastry Cook at Tom Douglas Restaurants and Craftsman and Wolves from 2014-2015. From 2017-2019, they worked at Vertafore in various roles, including Implementation Consultant, Customer Support Specialist I and II, and Customer Success Manager. In 2019, they joined Brandfolder, where they currently serve as Manager of Customer Success Associates and Team Lead of Customer Success Associates.

Caroline John attended Seattle Central College from 2013 to 2014, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) in Specialty Desserts and Breads. Caroline then attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Physiology.
