Amanda Pennington Prugh

Amanda Pennington Prugh is currently serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at BrandSafway since May 2022. Prior to this role, Amanda practiced as Counsel at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from March 2016 to May 2022, specializing in complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy-related litigation. Amanda began her legal career as an Associate at K&L Gates from January 2013 to March 2016, and also held the position of Fellow Attorney, Legal Counsel at the University of Oklahoma in late 2012. Amanda earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Oklahoma in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from The University of Texas at Austin in 2009.
