Prior to this, Sophie held the position of Account Director at an award-winning agency, where innovative approaches were applied to various branding and digital projects. Experience includes a role as Digital Account Director at Hello World Group, and serving as Senior Account Manager for Mercedes-Benz and SMART car accounts at Your Favourite Story. Sophie's career at KHWS began in 2013, progressing through various digital account management roles at this full-service agency. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Geography from the University of Southampton.
