Guilherme Aguiar

Guilherme Aguiar has over 18 years of experience in quality control, currently serving as the Quality Control Lab Leader at Braskem since October 2005, after previously holding the position of Quality Control Laboratory Technician. Prior experience includes a technical internship at Polo Films, focusing on quality control in BOPP extrusion and market research for flexible packaging. Guilherme's educational background includes a graduate degree in Business Administration and Management from Fundação Dom Cabral (2018-2020), a postgraduate degree in New Technologies, Digital Transformation, and Agility from FIA Business School (2021-2023), and specializations in Production Engineering and Industrial Production Management from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and IFSUL, respectively. Additionally, Guilherme holds a technical degree in Thermoplastics from IFSUL.
