Thais Ribeiro

Thais Ribeiro is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as the Digital Technology Officer at Braskem since January 2024. Prior to this role, Thais held various leadership positions at Raízen, including Gerente Arquitetura e Engenharia em Soluções de Infraestrutura de TI, overseeing a large team and multiple projects involving diverse technology disciplines. Thais spent nearly a decade at Cielo, progressing through roles from Gerente de Projetos Pleno de Infraestrutura to Gerente Sênior de Suporte e Transformação Digital, managing mission-critical environments and leading digital transformation initiatives. Thais also has experience in project management and infrastructure at Vivo and EDS, as well as early career experience as an analyst at Diebold Procomp. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Project Management and a postgraduate degree in Computer Networks.
