Matt Pronk

Matt Pronk serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Brava Roof Tile since February 2025. Prior to this role, Pronk held the Chief Financial Officer position at National Carwash Solutions from February 2022 to February 2025 and at JM Swank, LLC from November 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities also included roles as Vice President of Finance and Accounting, Senior Director of FP&A, Director of FP&A, and Senior Manager of FP&A. Previous experience includes serving as Regional Finance Manager at Beam Suntory and various finance positions at PepsiCo, including Sales Finance Manager and Supply Chain Finance roles. Matt Pronk earned an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Accountancy from the University of Iowa, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
