With a long-standing association with The Coaches Training Institute as Senior Faculty and International Course Leader since 2005, Randy is recognized for global course facilitation. Additionally, Randy provides coaching and facilitation services at Aduro Consulting and Clearwater Consulting Group, focusing on organizational transformation and team development. Prior experience includes leadership roles at American Express, where Randy designed and implemented global leadership development programs, and ownership of Kick in the Pants! Coaching, which focused on strategic communication and motivation for mid-level to C-suite leaders. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Organizational Innovation and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.
