BRAVE KID
Alessio Favaron currently serves as the Head of R&D at BRAVE KID since April 2024. Prior to this role, Alessio spent nearly five years at Staff International, where positions included Footwear R&D, 3D and Innovation Manager, and 3D Shoes Product Development Department Manager, overseeing 3D footwear developments for various OTB group brands. Alessio also held the position of Diesel Footwear Product Development Manager, managing research on materials and prototype development. Previous experience includes a series of roles at Diesel from 2003 to 2019, focusing on outsourcing production coordination and management of technical departments. Alessio began the professional journey in the textile industry at MANIFATTURA CORONA SRL and PACI SRL, after completing a degree in Apparel and Textile at ITIS "G. NATTA" in 1996.
